The popular fine-knit ribbing Heike is pleasantly soft, stretchy and shape-retaining. This rib fabric comes in tubular form and is ideal for creating comfortable, beautifully shaped finishes on handmade garments. Thanks to its excellent stretch, Heike adapts comfortably to the body while providing sufficient support and returning well to shape after stretching.
Heike is ideal for sleeve and hem cuffs as well as necklines on sweatshirts, hoodies, tops and dresses. Used as a waistband on trousers and skirts, the stretchy quality also ensures a comfortable fit without feeling restrictive.
Heike FS27 is available in the current trend colours for spring/summer 2027. The colours are coordinated with the FS27 collection, making Heike an ideal match for French Terry Maike, cotton jersey Vanessa and many other fabrics from the entire Swafing FS27 collection.
Uses:
