Lugano brings a versatile co-ordinated range to the Swafing standard range. Stripes, stars and small and large regular dots are combined with an extensive colour palette, ranging from soft pastel shades and natural tones to vibrant pink, red, green, royal blue, petrol, navy and black.
Lugano’s particular strength lies in the many possibilities for combining colours and patterns. Within a single colour scheme, the different designs come together beautifully: stripes, stars and dots can be mixed tone-on-tone to create a harmonious overall look with varied textures. It is just as exciting to pick out a pattern and combine it in several colours – for example, different dot designs or stripes for patchwork projects, accessories and colourful details.
Lugano is also ideal as a companion to patterned fabrics. The small-scale patterns and ‘faux plain’ fabrics bring a sense of calm to a project without looking dull, and with the wide range of colours available, they offer numerous opportunities to specifically pick up on colours from a patterned fabric.
