Information
The popular, lightweight fine knit cuff Heike is both stretchy and keeps its shape! The cuff fabric is tubular. The elasticated fabric is very suitable for cuffs and hems to provide a comfortable finish. It is also ideal for the neckline of sweatshirts and hoodies as it is stretchy and moulds very well to the shape of the body. Fine knit cuffs Heike *NEU* are available in a huge range of colours - colour-coordinated with cotton jersey Vanessa, sweat Eike and French terry Maike *NEU*. Many of the colours can also be found (note the matching colour number) in item Naomi!
Uses:
Thanks to its elasticity, Heike cuffs ensure a comfortable fit for jogging trousers, leggings and skirts. In jogging trousers or children's trousers, cuffed fabric is often used to finish off the legs to prevent slipping and ensure an optimum fit. Cuffed fabric is also ideal for hats, beanies and headbands as it is stretchy and comfortable, yet offers sufficient support. In baby and children's clothing, cuffed fabric is often used to provide a comfortable and flexible feel, especially for sleeves and trouser cuffs that can grow with the child (‘growing cuffs’). This ensures a good fit without being too tight.
